Looks a bit long in the tail for the Authi MG1100, which used the standard ADO16 body.

It's indeed a 1973+ ( introduced in October 1972 ) Austin Victoria. The specific wheels and the vinyl-covered C-pillar identify a de Luxe version. The [ADO16] centre section remained unaltered, only the front and rear ends were restyled by Michelotti.
It was built in Spain by Authi, but it was also introduced earlier in South-Africa as the Austin Apache.

that car should be listed under Authi brand since there wasn't English version

Built by Authi, not sold as Authi
At least according to previous discussions about that.

lastinpurple wrote that car should be listed under Authi brand since there wasn't English version

As antp wrote, it was sold ( and badged ) as Austin. Authi ( at the time it was called Leyland Authi ) built it.

I should be included with the other Authis, as it was made and sold by Authi.

Needs /res/countries/E.png adding?

Starting /res/flags/UK.png ?

Listed as "de Luxe" but others are "DeLuxe "

Hmmm but that's not an typical ADO16, see the picture on wikipedia page (Chris40's post)
Does it still deserve the ADO16 mention? (due to chassis?)
Anyway it is not much an English car anymore.
And others "deluxe" Authi ADO16 are not the same car, as these are real ADO16.

About the "de Luxe", it's how is written in its sales brochure. The origin of the model is, indeed, the [ADO16] chassis, but - as I wrote above - it had started is life earlier in South Africa as Austin Apache.

So it is rather a South African car just made in Spain?

It's once again - and like in many situations involving BMC and British Leyland - a not very clear subject. In fact, this Michelotti's design of the front and rear ends - since the centre section remained unaltered - was introduced in 1971 in South Africa to - it seems - replace the traditional [ADO16] body. It was only introduced in October 1972 in Spain with a different grille and indicators, as well as other different details.
To determine exactly its origin it's not easy: the basis is the English [ADO16], updated to South Africa and later adapted to Spain.

It was a UK project commissioned by BL through Michelotti's links with Triumph; UK decided not to use it but offered it to their overseas operations - ZA and then Spain said "Yes please!".
