Yes, and it's called Le Montmartrain. Suggest a French speaker contacts the company and asks who made them.

Looks like the same train. I wonder if they are still operated. When I took it about 20 years ago, it was VW powered. This would deffo be changed nowadays for ecological reasons. Then again, it's Paris...

OK, I found it. They are built/hired/leased by a company called
Trains Touristiques de France TTDF.

In the Philippines, we have a lot of Dotto Trains around, usually in fairs, but some are powered by Isuzu or Mitsubishi engines if they drive on roads, like resorts or zoos.
