Dodge Job rated truck 1951,probably a one and a half ton B-3-F-152 medium duty (looks like it has a small tanker body) |

Pourquoi ne pas mettre comme modèle "Medium-Duty" ? |

Parce que je ne savais pas quel bout du nom correspondait le mieux à un nom de modèle |

Je crois que je fais une overdose de "truck-o-mania" |

The Job-Rated slogan has been used by Dodge from 1940 to 1956 for 3 truck lines, so it shouldn't be used as name for a single one. This truck is a 1948-53 B-Series with the 1951-53 front face, making it either a 1951-52 B-3 or a 1953 B-4. The fender flare indicates indeed a medium-duty model, but no detail can be seen here to tell a 1½-ton truck (F, G or H model) over a heavier one (2-ton HH or H model to 2¾-ton R one). A 152 " / 3.86 m wheelbase seems also difficult to identify, with this picture. → 1951 B-Series |
