dsl ◊ 2024-03-23 22:30	Some police Consuls/Granadas had problems with the side tapes running over the filler cap and dissolving if petrol splashed onto the plastic. There was a Vanguards edition (VA55000, Lancs Constabulary, Consul 3000 GT) which showed one solution (no pun intended) with different patterns on the respective rear wings (photos from here) In this case, flipping the stripe up is another tactic.
