Rolls-Royce radiator, at least.

The wheels indicate the possible presence of non Rolls-Royce axles. If it is a genuine R-R, the length of the chassis suggests a 40/50 rather than a smaller model, and the semi-elliptic rear suspension rules out the Silver Ghost and the Phantom I which had cantilever rear springing, so leaving the Phantom II as a possibility, and the presence of front dumb irons further rules out the Phantom III, which had i.f.s.
