Too far away to definitively tell whether it is a 1959 Silver Hawk or a 1960 Hawk but I'm going with 1960 as it appears the fin emblem is a bit closer to the fin tip than it was in 1959.

Yes.
A Hawk between 1959 and 1961.

I see no extra rear fender side trim which would eliminate 1961.

Too far away to definitively tell whether it is a 1959 Silver Hawk or a 1960 Hawk but I'm going with 1960 as it appears the fin emblem is a bit closer to the fin tip than it was in 1959.
