 Verspeeten Cartage is a Canadian company. The MX-3 was sold in Canada as the "MX-3 Precidia", which may be what we're looking at here.

 good eye Tim! This one is also a GS trim based on the spoiler. I had one of these things when I was younger and it had the smallest displacement v6 engine that I had ever scene (1.8 Litre)
