The van was a c.1955 E83W and was stored (under cover) towards the end of our 4-week assignment as background artistes, before the production moved across the Channel for the last scenes to be filmed. (Lots of time waiting around - for just a brief blurred appearance on screen. And none of us 'gardeners' got a mention in the credits, ho hum.)
