It is PF 125p, but abroad. The badge and the number makes me think about the Egyptian assembled El Nasr (Nasr) 125. But hard to find any pics to compare. :/

Same 125's were sold in YU, I think they were marked just as "FSO 125p" or "Polski Fiat 125p". Like this one:

The Yugoslavia and the Egypt were one of the exceptions, where 125p was marketed under the different, local makes. But perhaps, as I belive some 125p in Yugoslavia didn't have changed badges and were marketed with the Polish ones of PF. In fact the Zastava rear badge of 125pZ was very "provisional". It was just "Z" added somehow to the Polish "125p". It even wasn't in the same font. ;)

Edit! I've found better source and replaced the pic for bigger one in better quality. Now it is clearly visible that it is unfortunately not any Nasr, but "just" Italian Fiat 125. See the badge and especially slats at the sides, previously not visible. :/
