The Avalanche is a 2002 model, although wouldn't the picture be better for the Silverado next to it since more of it is visible? |

Avalanche is also classed as a pickup truck, not a SUV (one reason is due to the lack of dedicated sheet metal aft of the C-pillar) |

Dealership is Rio Vista Chevrolet in Buellton, CA. The characters are walking along the shoulder of Highway 246. They also pass Jim Vreeland Ford, which is just a few doors up from Rio Vista Chevy (you can even see the Blue Oval sign in the distance). |
