According to IMDB, the filmimg locations are: Bhaktapur, Nepal Cairo, Egypt Carajás, Pará, Brazil Cuzco, Peru Hong Kong, China Jaisalmer, Rajasthan, India Katmandu, Nepal Mombasa, Kenya Serra Pelada, Pará, Brazil The texts written on the wall are Spanish, so this must be in Peru. Has there been a Volkswagen production plant in Peru? Or were the 'Escarabajos' imported from Brazil or Mexico? |
