Actually, this seems to be a specific Australian version: an A40 Hi-Lite Coupe Utility MkII.

The A40 Hi-Lite Mk.II was produced by Larke, Hoskins in Sydney. I am not exactly sure when the Mk.II arrived, but certainly not before 1951 due to the new style pressed steel grille and chassis/cabs were not available before that year.
