Anyone know why this car is RHD? The Fiat in the same scene is left hand drive.

Yes, like upper class French makes... It was said that a driver could drive faster on mountainous routes when the wheel was on the right, and on limousines the driver could get out of the car and immediately open the rear door on the right for her ladyship :)

I remember seeing old RHD lorries in the Italian Alps in the 1990s. And I've read that one of the reasons why some luxury cars in Japan are LHD is so that the chauffeur can open the door quickly.

I've heard about mountain driving, & some American cars being RHD for chauffeurs getting out to open doors.
