CA ambulance, probably Mk3. Can't get a 60s plate combo from F/P + D/O + I to fit.

Bedford CALZ Herbert Lomas, but I think a MkII with single rear door and non-recessed door handle on the cab, so June 1959 to June 1964. Not ruling out MkIII but I think it less likely.

Interesting partial registration; could it be Belfast 'OI 243'which looks better for the spacing?

I cannot determine the dates for OI Belfast series registrations. However Wikipedia makes it too late being April 1969 to April 1982 so either re-registered or a false one for the movie.

No full view of the van, but full plate is visible and legible in second thumb:

WOI 6243 was Belfast, very late 1980 - series was June 80 to Feb 81 with 1st 81 # being 6850. So much newer than the vehicle for whatever reason.

Thumbnail 4 confirms it was a MkIII after all. Instrument panel and flatter fascia shape as the later model after June 1964.
