Rather unlikely.

:think: which location? The around-1900 buildings in the background right are looking Northern German, but the car has a black (British?) plate. Due the combination three-three it's not a Dutch one (if not some movie-prop).
Despite that Rambler was never officially sold in Germany. About Holland and Britain I'm not sure.
