Profile for user truck man - Country: USA (United States of America)

Hello everyone, this is truck man and welcome to my page. :hello:

First off, I got my username from, well, I made it up. My real name is Andrew, and I live in Minnesota.
I'm a good friend of nubby, we are childhood friends and went to school together. I'm 26 years old and I've been driving since August 2008. I've loved cars since I was 3 years old(yes I'm autistic(High Functioning)). I'm a die hard Mopar fan and my favorites are the Chrysler K-Cars and all their derivatives(the Acclaim and Spirit are my most favorite) and the 1994-2001(02' 2500/3500) Dodge Ram Pickups(the 97' and older ones IMHO had the best interiors, body moldings and outside mirrors) That's also the truck I own which is a 1997 Ram 1500 Club Cab SLT 4x4. I also like the 1981-93 Dodge Ram Pickups and Ramcharger, 1987-96' Dodge Dakota, 1993 and older Dodge Ram Van, and the 1970 Plymouth Hemi Cuda and also the SJ Jeep Wagoneer's.
Here is my vehicle background from the year I was born(1991).

(1991-1997) 1988 Dodge Ram 250 Conversion Van. Viking Conversion. I loved that van!!!! I wish we still had it today.
(1997-1998) 1991 Chevy Suburban V1500. Nothing special, Truk-Mate Conversion.
(1998-2000) 1998 Chevy Blazer LS 4X4. 4.3L V6, I loved it. I miss it!!!
(2000-2002) 1999 Chevy Astro AWD. Conversion van with TV, VCR and video game hookups I used for my Nintendo 64 on the trip to Georgia when I was 11, Good times. :)
(2002-2007) 1994 Chrysler Concorde. Was a nice car. I miss it. We scrapped it in early 2010.
(2007-2013) 2001 Chrysler PT Cruiser Limited. Ugly POS!
(2011-2013) 2009 Saturn Aura XE. typical modern POS, I don't miss it one bit!!!
(2013-2015) 2011 Chevy Equinox. POS modern vehicle and stupid crossover, I hated it!!!!!! It was a complete POS, we put a timing chain in at just over 70K, and it consumed oil like crazy! Very much a lemon.
(2015-Present) 2015 GMC Acadia. Another stupid crossover/POS modern vehicle. It's Mom and Dad's first brand new vehicle since 1989.

(1989-1991) 1989 Chevy S-10 blazer 4X4. I don't remember it because mom and dad traded it for the 1988 Dodge Ram 250 Conversion Van shortly after I was born.
(1990-1992) 1990 Plymouth Acclaim LE. Company car. My grand mother bought it from Mesurex in 1992 after dad was done with it, and then in 2007 it became my first car!
(1992-1994) 1992 Plymouth acclaim. Company car. Similar to my old car, but it was a collum shift, and was newer, plus it was burgundy in and out, I miss it!!!.

(1996-1998) 1996 Dodge Stratus ES. Company car. Typical Cloud Car POS.
(1998-2000) 1999 Pontiac Grand Prix SE. My dad's last company car before he quit his job at Mesurex in 2000.
(2000-2002) 1984 Chevy K5 Blazer 4X4. Nothing special, had the 6.2L Detroit Diesel. Got great mileage. It's a farm truck in Iowa now.
(2001-2002) 1991 Ford Bronco XLT 4X4. Very nice and comfy. I love Broncos! I miss it!!!
(2002-2014) 1999 GMC Suburban K1500 SLT. Was a great truck. We sold it to a friend from church and then my brother bought it.
(2007-2010) 1994 Chrysler Concorde. My mom's old car(as explained above). It has since been lost to the junkyard. I miss it.
(2010-2011) 2001 Ford Taurus LX. Nothing special. It would have been my brother's first car but he got mom's POS PT cruiser instead.
(2013-2014) 2001 Chrysler PT Cruiser Limited. My mom's old car(as explained above).
(2014-Present) 2004 Chevy Tahoe Z71. From Texas.
(2016-Present) 2000 Itasca Horizon 36DL. Our first motorhome!
(2016-Present) 1999 Jeep Wrangler. Our First Jeep!!! 5 speed manual. Not a 4.0L sadly but still a fun vehicle!

(1998-2000) 1984 Toyota Tercel SR5 4X4 Wagon. Completely rusted to all hell, with well over 200k on it. It had holes in the floor boards and exhaust would leak inside, it was that bad.
(2000-2005) 1994 Pontiac Grand Am. Was a great car. She sold it due to a blown head gasket, I miss it.
(2005-2014) 2004 Dodge Neon SXT. Just your typical POS Neon. I hated it and I'm glad it's gone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
(2014-Present) 2012 or 13? Chrysler Town & Country. Typical POS modern vehicle.

(2011 only) 2001 Chrysler PT Cruiser. My moms old car(as explained above).
(2011-2012) 2002 Mitsubishi Gallant ES. It had the 6G72 V6 engine(the same engine my old Acclaim, and my current Acclaim, had). Was a great car!!!
(2012-17) 2006 Honda CR-V.
(2013-2014) 1988 Jeep Cherokee 4.0L.
(2014-2015) 1994 Chevy K1500 4x4. Base W/T(Work Truck)
(2015-2016) 1999 GMC Suburban K1500 SLT. My dad's old truck(as explained above).
(2016-present) 1996 Chevy K1500 Z71 Ext Cab. My grandpa's old truck.
(2017-present) 2005 Toyota Highlander.

(2007-2009) 1990 Plymouth Acclaim LE V6. My dad's old company car(as explained above). Sadly it was rusted to all hell on the underside(nothing left of the floor). R.I.P: 1990-2009.
(2009-2013) 1986 Pontiac 6000 STE. Loved it's all digital gauge display. Was a great car, I miss it!!! I never should've sold it.
(2013-2016) 1999 Chevy Tahoe LT 4x4. Was a good vehicle, no longer have it. Switched back to Chrysler products(what I started out with and therefore my roots).
(2016-2017) 1990 Plymouth Acclaim LX. My 2nd Acclaim and 4th vehicle. I was going to fix it up but it turned out to have a lot more problems than I thought and just wasn't worth fixing. R.I.P: 1990-2017.
(2017-present) 1997 Dodge Ram 1500 Club Cab SLT 4x4. My first pickup truck and my 5th vehicle.
(2017-present) 1993 Plymouth Acclaim V6. My 3rd Acclaim and my 6th vehicle. I love it!!! Solid body with no major rust(unlike the previous 2 I had). It's an A670 3 speed auto so I don't have to worry about the problems the A604's had.

Vehicles that I plan to get in the future:

1988 Winnebago Superchief 31RQ Motorhome. I'm a big RV fan and I love to go RVing, and IMHO a Motorhome(vintage of course) is the only way to go.
Mid 1980's Larson 17' boat.
