Born in 1971 and grown-up as a dual-national (british-german) I have grown up under quite some influence about my vavourite topic: cars.
My furthest memories are the old little Ladybird books which depicted cars, the series "The Thunderbirds" with the FAB-1 and the little invalid-cars that used to drive around the roads of 70s Great Britain.
Since then I have grown and am still fascinated by cars. My interest today lies in finding out more about the unknown areas, the unknown makes. It is only just, that I have found out that North Korea has its own car-industry since the 1950s...

As my name depicts I am very fond of Honda. I love this japanese company because of its heritage and company philosophy. Honda may be only a japanese company, but the story prior to 1948, when Honda Motor Company was founded, is of interest of anyone who likes cars.
Finally I am interested in the little European companies, who in the 70s and 80s, did some fascinating jobs of converting the Porsches, VWs, BMWs, Mercedes-Benz to priceless artifacts which now seem out-dated and tacky. I am talking about companies like Rinspeed, Felber, Artz, Sbarro, b&b, Monteverdi, Styling Garage and such.
There isn't anything like it anymore, nothing to impress little school-kids like me. How cool was the Golf by Rinspeed with gull-wing doors and 6 headlamps....
