| I've seen photos of Vietnam from the 1990s with quite a few old French cars, but a lot of them might have disappeared by now. As for the cars in Good Morning, Vietnam, remember that it is set during the 1960s and wasn't filmed in Vietnam anyway. -- Last edit: 2006-08-08 19:43:25 |

| I saw an episode of Jeremy Clarkson's Motorworld, where he went to Vietnam (this was filmed in about 1995 or so), and everyone there was riding around on bicycles and mopeds, cars seemed to be in a minority. Although he said the country had plans to develop its own car industry. |
