That is clearly a sketch of a 1967 Ford Thunderbird sedan. Note the suicide doors, the relatively short rear deck, and the lack of side marker lights. The C-pillar, however, has been drawn much too narrow.
Strictly speaking the engine wasn't from a 2CV but from an AMI 6: it is indeed the 'big' (602 cc) version, but the cast alloy top of the cyliders was replaced by pressed alloy in 1968, and also the wide black air tunnel with crosses were only on the AMI engine.
