carchasesfanatic ◊ 2008-05-17 12:01	Judging by the wheels of both of them and by the rear end visible from the one in he left i'd say both are Land Rovers, i just ont know what kind of car-action they are filming but they've wrecked already many cars, i recently saw the ones with the Alfas, i seeyou have added pictures of them too Wasserspeier, thanks.

cmtyork ◊ 2008-11-01 01:11	There's definitely a Beetle - grey with dark red highlights (or re-sprayed parts - it looks a little worn!)The Ford Edges do place prominently indeed, along with the Alfa and the Aston in the chase scene is a Land Rover 109 Defender Carabineri.
robi ◊ 2008-11-08 23:06	I saw this movie in cinema today and I noticed an italian Land Rover Police (gets destroyed); three background cars: Ford Focus Turnier, Opel Corsa and Renault Clio; a Mercedes Truck, two Ford SUVs, a Nissan Taxi, in London and in Haiti Bond had a Land Rover Range Rover Sport.

marioman3138 ◊ 2008-11-26 07:17	the motorbike I believe to be a Yamaha, as it is the only main bike in the film, and in the credits, the thank Yamaha (as well as Aston Martin and Ford). In adition to Robi's comments, the to Ford SUV's I believe to be Ford (Flex or Edge) Hybirds and there is also a background VW new Bettle. But the movie; the opening scene chase was great, destroing 3 cars and a truck, as well as heavyily damaging the Aston. there is a small chase with the car, Bond chases it on the motorbike (30 seconds-1 minute).

Maybe 3*. The Land Rover "Carabinieri" is showed in the chase DBS vs. Alfa 159 but in a short scene (probably only 2). Also a Alfa 156 "Carabinieri" (black body with white top) as background (1) entering Sienna and before the horse race and a blue Vespa (parked and probably 125) as background (1). The car that bond drives in Vienna (going to Opera House and only showed in no more than 2/3 seconds) is a Volvo S40 last gen. (2). As the Volvo is showed in rear view will see what type of S40 it is. Now I can't remember well if in Bolivia the car where Bond's friend (Mathis) is in its boot (trunk) is a Range Rover Sport or a Ford Edge. Anyway Range Rover Sport is showed as robi** wrote .......................................... in London and in Haiti Bond had a Land Rover Range Rover Sport. says. Murf32 ◊ 2009-03-08 04:44	Unlike the previous Bond movie, did anyone notice that with the exception of the new Ford Ka, there wasn't anything really that stood out automotively?, I know that the Ford Mondeo shown in the previous movie was new, and, is supposedly going to show up on North American shores, so, and with Ford having had done a 3 picture deal, I wonder what they'll introduce us to in the final 3rd of the Bond movies?, and, I wonder if the Aston Martin DBS will actually get proper screen time, sheesh, the last movie and this one, not much of it was there!

No it's the new Defender 90. You can tell the difference from the bonnet.
