I still don't know why you and others don't you www.geting.se seing how bigger than imageshack the thumbnails are without black borders and much faster to load when clicking on them  |

getting.se is giving 404s for all the thumbnails. Perhaps the spaces in the filenames are the problem. |

Works fine for me in Firefox 3 & IE 8. edit: no, only thumbnails work. Full picture gives a 404 indeed. This is due to the "&" in the image file names. It works if you replace it in a "%26". But that's the fault of their site, which should do that replacement when giving you the code. So if someone has time, he can do the change in Stronghold's messages  Because I do not like uploading images one by one: with Imageshack Toolbar I just drag & drop images into the text area, it uploads them and make the code appear directly in the message. IMHO it looks better with black border around pictures, like what we have for images hosted here. -- Last edit: 2009-05-14 15:48:35 |

I use geting mainly because imageshack is blocked at work so I can't see pictures from there. |

Thanks (as usual!) for working it out. I'm up early today to have a go at sorting out all the "&" thumbs and replacing them with the "%26". How you solve these things is a mystery to me! |

"&" is used in addresses to separate parameters, here it makes the image name end at the "&" and the rest of the name is considered as another parameter. So the name is invalid (shortened). I just replaced "&" by its ASCII-code in hexadecimal to have it considered as part of the image name parameter rather than the special character. That was for the technical info, for those who wondered |
