nothing shown on the trailer (I only guessed at mid-70's.!)
As you can see , It has lots of american cars, one australian + a 'Policia' helicopter.! (so filmed all over the place.!!!)

I guess that the movie was made in Mexico, this explains the American cars, and could help for identification (i.e. some cars may be from VAM)

..Yes you've found the correct film (I remember Hugo Stiglitz is in it, seen in one of the pics i've added ..standing by the ambulance) ;)
Says it was filmed in 'Mexico! Panama! Venezuela! Spain! Italy!'
