According to the IMDB:
Quote The cars driven by the main characters are based on real models. Lupin's car is an Italian 1969 Fiat 500. Animation director Yasuo Ôtsuka, owned a Fiat 500. Clarisse's getaway car is a French Citroen 2CV, which was the first car owned by director Hayao Miyazaki. The goons chasing her use a British 1940 Humber Super Snipe. Zenigata's police car is a Japanese Nissan Bluebird, and his men ride in Canadian 1943 GM Military Pattern truck, of which Ôtsuka had made a detailed sketch in his childhood.

JAwiki wrote
This is a fictional, single-seater aircraft owned by Count Cagliostro. The Count used it for pleasure flights over the lake, and Lupin and Zenigata also boarded it during the operation to rescue Clarisse. However, it was set ablaze by Jodo's gunfire and subsequently crashed into a tree and exploded. This aircraft has a swept-back main wing but no tailplane, and features vertical stabilizers and rudders at the wingtips, giving it an airframe configuration similar to a flying wing. It has a propeller at the rear for propulsion, and in addition to the main engine, it is equipped with ramjet engines at the tips of the rotor blades. The ramjets at the blade tips allow the rotor to rotate independently, enabling vertical takeoff and landing. Although referred to as an "autogyro" in the story, it is classified as a vertical takeoff and landing (VTOL) aircraft.

Due to production constraints, the scene of Lupin confronting the autogyro was omitted, but a poster sold at the time of the film's theatrical release featured an illustration of Lupin escaping in a Fiat and Jigen retaliating with an anti-tank rifle, being pursued by this aircraft.

Furthermore, in the concept art, the Count's henchmen were also planned to use a different type of autogyro to confront Lupin.

We haven't touched this one because the picture colors are so drastically different than the old pics, so we are not certain which ones are the authentic captures. Opal had already supplied HD pics, so I'm not even sure why they needed to be updated anyway.

Opal copy (from the looks of things) came from the 2008 JP blu-ray, the version I uploaded was the newer 4K version (which means the colors are much brighter than the original)
