None of the characters or skits from the first movie carry over, this is just another set of sexual skits from the same people. Hey kids, it's Robin Williams!!! This was Robin Williams' film debut, though his scenes were cut from the film's original release. Once Mork and Mindy took off, this film's producer, Mike Callie, spent two weeks in December 1978 sorting through the deleted scenes until he found Williams' two scenes and re-released the film with Williams given top billing. Williams and his management took Callie to court over this, but ultimately reached an agreement; Williams' scenes were allowed to remain in the movie as long as the poster and advertising were altered to no longer imply Williams was the star.
