First part of my message was about Mazda dealer, where there are lots of cars but we do not see much of them (too fast, blurred, only roofs, ...)

Second part was about a non-planned crash in the Cadillac dealer, as related on IMDB's trivia page, and I was suggesting that it could be the crash as shown on the picture.

This web site missed a car. In the scence where the mustang is blocked and stopped by police in the park. Just as the mustang leaves the park, it barely misses a green AMC AMX parked on the street. The camera gets a full shot of the AMX as the mustang leaves the park.

The yellow mustang (Elenor) is a 1971 Mustang fastback playing the part of a 1973 Mustang Mach 1, so technically it's both.

And there's the Cadillac that spins "elenor" into the telephone pole as well. (that was actually a stunt gone bad, but Halicki liked it and kept it in the movie. Also, Halicki compressed his spine in the big jump and ended up preforming the jump twice. The first one the mustang's gas pedal jammed when it landed and the car went into a donut. They left both jumps in the movie. He walked with a limp for rest of his (r.i.p.) life 'cause of that jump.

Beside the 1924 Rolls-Royce 40/50 h.p. 'Silver Ghost' to the left is a 1966 Rolls Royce Silver Cloud III coupe.

Apparently the crash in the Mercedes dealership wasnt planned either, the dealers thought they were going to drive through nicely

for a lot of the scenes where the camera view is several feet in front of the mustang (and other cars) during the driving on road scenes the car they used to film from was a red 1971 chevy el camino!!!

Thanks - now I know how to do it, I've done the same for TV series as well /stats.php?type=movies&subject=1&mt0=on&mt1=on&mt2=on&mt3=on&mt4=on&mt5=on&mt6=on&mt7=on&mt8=on&inc0=on&inc1=on&limit=25 and the winner was a surprise compared to 2nd place and some of the others.

I see a comment re the R-R Silver Ghost where the relative of the owner reckons it is 1919. That would make it an English-built one. It certainly looks later to me, although it may have been updated a bit. From this angle it is hard to tell whether the lights are American.

And it is not finished. But there may be some duplicate to regroup. So we'll see.

Finished to update this movie with DVD captures. Wow, what a big work, it took me few days :wow:
Now I wait for members to help identifying cars, as there will be several to regroup, especially in the Cadillacs...

I guess we'll never have these.
I deleted a few more background ones, and validated the rest. Once identified, I'll regroup duplicates.

Here's one you may have not seen before - Eleanor doing a live demonstration smacking a police car, probably at Ascot Speedway:

Must have been right around the end of the filming before Halicki had it painted up to promote the film.
