Won't comment on that part....think I know why,if this is the genre I think it is? This much I can tell: From the clothes & scenery,it's just got to be Bavaria!! |

Yes, it's the genre. It's the style, too. It's the intellectual quality, and this lying way of showing a happy and lovely world. But the Germans in the early 50ies, shortly after the war, during building up the country again, needed really that type of movies. |

Not only in Germany, it was also visible in the Netherlands and in North-Belgium. And the colors were for thoses days so nice. |

@Ingo ja, Bollywood im Allgäu der 60er ![]() und ich als Liebhaber der motordominanten 4Zylinder BMWs der 60er und 70er sehe ich bei deutschen Filmen dieser Zeit meisst in die Röhre, da diese Autos bei den damaligen intellektuellen Filmemachern völlig verpönt waren. Schönes Beispiel hier in diesem Film: die "sympathische" Jugend fährt 30 Jahre alte Dixis. |
