A bit more prominent than BP's 'The Home-Made Car'! But it did win an Oscar (the Academy Award for Best Documentary Short Subject) in 1961. Filming Locations (IMDb): Mandriole, Ravenna, Emilia-Romagna, Italy During filming and today. I don't know if sub-titles were originally used but any dialogue was in Italian but they are unnecessary, as the the action is largely visual.
