| Between the Mercedes and the Chevrolet Master actually. Whilst some of it was filmed on Amsterdam's streets a lot was also in a studio using back projection. About typical for a 1950s movie. |

| Indeed three more pics of Amsterdam: -Halvemaanbrug with the Munttower, originally half of a mediaeval town gate, in the 17th century turned into a bell tower where, during a short period of time, money was made (munt = coin). Just behind it is the flowermarket where all tourist from America and Japan pay a visit to. -Oudezijdskolk with the rear façade of the Nicolaaskerk, the neobaroque church just opposite to central station. -Sarphatistraat with Muiderpoort, the 18th century town gate on the way to the Muiden, east of Amsterdam. |
