Filmed in Sri Lanka. Vehicles have RAF plates.

After crash landing his plane the main character looks around to see where he is, sees nothing but jungle in all directions as far as the eye can see, then spends the rest of the movie making his way through a sun-scorched desert...

The truck on the left here is possibly too small, even if it is bigger than 90 pixels:
