What's all these made for movie cartoons !?
made for movie is for cars really made for movie. If a cartoon car is not identifiable, it should not be listed on its own page.

I am following the rules, I can rename them unknown if you prefere so they can stay :)

Sure. But then if not identifiable they should either be deleted or put in comments.

All the cars that you have listed as "Made for Movie" are too generic-looking (hence they are named as Made for Movie instead of a particular make or model) to be worth listing. The only cartoon or model vehicles worth listing IMO are ones that can be clearly identified as resembling a particular real life vehicle, I don't see the point in listing any old generic drawing of a vehicle.

It's a shame that most animators are so lazy when it comes to drawing cars, but then they have to work to deadlines.

I have added them because people may be interested in seing them but i agree with you that if they are too generic they should not be listed, about animators being lazy, i think it is more a fac of advertisement and copyright stuff.

They are worth mentioning here in comments, so these should be put as thumbnails before being deleted I think.

In this case, as many happen in cartoon movies, all the unknown, generic vehicles must be dropped, because here is a attempt to identify cars, not to include drawed generic vehicles

So these going to be deleted? In my opinion, I'd only list the Harley, Humvee, Ford F-150 (the 3 star one), Studebaker truck and maybe the Lambo.

Those which were identified can be listed I guess. Others will be deleted after some time (or better: moved to comments to not be submitted again later as "missed cars")

The guidelines clearly say "Do not post unknown cartoon cars in the main page of a movie. If you can't identify it, don't make a main page - put it in comments."

Can't you folks read and follow simple guidelines??????

mmmm nope at least me i cant be bothered, but they have to be placed in the main page yes.

I wonder why you can't be bothered to read the guidelines. Are you totally unconcerned with doing things right??

On the other hand, we europeans who cannot identify US cars may think that some cartoon cars are real ones, even if for you it is obvious that it is not identifiable.
After a short time if not identified they should be deleted/moved to comments (and I think that it would be time for doing that now for this movie...)

I understand antp. However, I think that even for europeans its pretty obvious that the simpsons is a cartoon - including the cars.

Personally (and this is just my opinion) I'd only list the Harley, Humvee, Ford F-150 (the 3 star one), Studebaker truck. The Lamborghini doesn't look enough like a real model (just a ham-fisted drawing) to be worth listing.

Well in a first time one should put in comments (rather than delete) all the unknown ones. We'll see with the generic after that.
