Cheap B-crime movie, with a fore warning: parole is quite often not good at all, letting at large dangerous 'repeaters'. OK. Then? Then, permanently grimmed Micheal O'Shea will go undercover and unmask the corrupted members of Parole boards and their evil patrons, the more apt Turhan Bey and Evelyn Ankers. And that's it. Fortunately, it's not too long. The copy is not bad, some cars are nice.
