End year should be ???? or 9999 for this one. I wouldn't add new episodes. We don't accept shows like this anymore and would just reject any new entries. Looking at some of the vehicles here now, almost all would be rejected for being background vehicles. |

As a kid, I saw this show's episode on Japan Air Flight 123 where an incorrectly-done bulkhead repair from years earlier gave out mid-flight, the rapid decompression so extreme the plane's rear stabilizer was ripped off, severing essential hydraulic links and resulting in complete loss of control over the plane, causing it to descend rapidly and gain enough airspeed to point skyward again, which resulted in drag. This process repeated itself in what's called a phugoid cycle. This happened for 32 minutes before impact, long enough for all 524 onboard to figure out the plane was going down. Once it crashed, rescue took so long to arrive that many survivors slowly succumbed to injuries during the night with one of the survivors telling that she heard them growing quieter and quieter as the night went on. Needless to say, I was afraid of flying for a good while  |
