This is what I was able to get:

“Concerning the idea that it can be an AX Renault, I am sure that it is not one: the angle of direction, length of the hood, everything lets one think that it is about one fiddles accomplished with pieces by local craftsmen. On this film, vehicles are any cans, accomplished on place. Besides if you look, it is him saying 'BERLIET' he has the same radiator as the covered truck and as the unknown car. I have déjas say of what I thought of ' 'Spanish' of the same sauce!”

(I don't know what he's talking about.)

From your translation it kind of sounds like he is trying to say that he doesn't think any of the cars are authentic.
