When you see Mack driving towards California near the beginning of the movie, you can see fields of corn and a grain elevator in one shot, and that's exactly what it looks like around here. I take the route every day on my way to school, and the scenery is great except for the 4 lane interstate built right next to it. Just like the movie portrayed, there's few run-down gas stations and abandoned roadside restaurants along the route. And of course, they went out of business soon after the arrival of the interstate system.

There are probably other identifiable cars in the movie that are missing here but I am a little lazy, I'll left that task to somebody else (and making captures from original DVD would be better, for both cars to add and replacing some of the existing ones).

It's a excellent film well worth watching, and it's one I believe everyone should see. It doesn't really feel like a movie made just for kids- there's a lot of subtle adult humor too. Oh, and a great soundtrack!
