I think I spotted a light-coloured 1983-92 Nissan Micra (March) amongst the traffic free-flowing onto the highway in the brief shot of the intersection (before Kimberly nearly rear-ends the Buick). I don't think these were sold in the US but were sold in Canada where this film was shot.
