![]() Blah self-congratulary musical nonsense from Warner Bros., in a way tragic given that the career of the star it promotes, one Evelyn Thawl, went literally nowhere. So much for a place where stars begin... Still, of some interest for being in Technicolor (usually reserved for period epics at the time) and Fritz Feld's hilarious send-up of Michael Curtiz.
