Some behind the scenes photos of cars at Blackbush Airport in Surrey, standing in for circuits in Japan and West Germany. There's a Toyota Crown, a Datsun, a Mercedes van fire engine and an apparently genuine Tyrrell team lorry with "Jackie Stewart's autograph on the bulkhead".

mike962-if you at all see the car driven by Larry Perkins in any of the 1976 races, I'd really like to see it added:

mike962 wrote some other background van 5.53 = Thames 400E

and very blurred background one = late facelift Bedford CF or CF2 - may be too new for film "date"???

and some obscured orange sedan = Chrysler 180/2-litre

and a black Van, very likely Mk. 1 Transit but you simply don't see details of it to know for sure - agree probably Transit and LWB

I assume you are refering to Rob Austin, who played Brett Lunger, however this picture isn't of him. This is Rob, in the blue racesuit:

Updating previous comments after watching film. This scene is captioned Crystal Palace 1970
mike962 wrote some other background van 5.53 - definitely Thames 400E, with March Engineering signwriting, which is very doubtful as March were big flash team with lots of funding as they burst onto F1, F2 and F3 in 1970. So they would not have used an old 400E

and very blurred background one - early cream grille Bedford CF - would just fit 1970. 2 other snack vans in this sequence

and some obscured orange sedan - Chrysler 180/2-litre looking at least 73+. First 180 was Sept 70, so this is another goof

and a black Van, very likely Mk. 1 Transit but yous imply don't see details of it to know for sure - definitely Transit LWB, signwritten for McFarlane's Engineering Racing Team
