British Transport Films Volume 3: Running a Railway (2-DVD set); can be seen here.

If you want to watch a procedural demonstration of how they lift out worn track sections and replace them with new ones, this is just the film for you. However if you'd prefer to unload the dishwasher, repaint the garden fence, or sort your sock drawer instead, that's probably a more worthwhile activity.

Only one entry, and a wonderful gizmo for checking whether old track has become too bumpy
