Looks like another movie with a crappy CGI-fest. |

This movie has lots of cars in the wrong place. I mean that there are European compacts in America or American vans in Hong Kong... I found a Mazda RX7 and a Mitsubishi 3000 or similar. I think that all cars in the movie are 1 star. |

@Aolju: You'll love the upcoming Transformers film, which will have US-specification Japanese cars and trucks in fake Hong Kong locations, plus American buses. The Hong Kong taxis are all Toyotas from the 1980s, left hand drive of course. ![]() Link to "transformerslive.blogspot.co.uk" Link to "galleries.apps.chicagotribune.com" Link to "www.seibertron.com" -- Last edit: 2013-08-29 14:26:57 |

Yes, I've already seen it! Looks like robot movies' directors don't care about these details. Also, I think we (imcdb) are the only people that look constantly at these kind of details. ![]() -- Last edit: 2013-09-02 18:18:35 |

As you may have seen, there have been some indignant comments from Hong Kong people, who also look at these kinds of details. ![]() Link to "www.seibertron.com" P.S. Transformers 4 producer Lorenzo di Bonaventura has given an interview to a Chinese news site, saying that they will film in Beijing, Hong Kong and two other Chinese cities, and some Chinese cars will be featured in the movie. Link to "www.seibertron.com" It will be amusing if they have to bring some of their fake Hong Kong cars to Hong Kong to maintain continuity. Unless they're just going to film wide shots and aerials in Hong Kong, they don't seem to have thought ahead. ![]() -- Last edit: 2013-09-02 20:35:31 |

@Car Lover - Please review the FAQ page for what is acceptable, specifically: •Do not post very small pictures of background vehicles (note: 90 pixels wide for a 720 pixels image is about the limit for useful pictures of most background cars). •Do not post pictures of background vehicles that are blurred or obstructed. •Avoid posting pictures of vehicles that are seen for an extremely short time (for example: can only be seen in a frame by frame advance of the movie). Of what you submitted, only the Step Van is acceptable, but could you please replace with a untouched photo (you have red outline). We have a feature that can be used to highlight the subject. |
