1985 Russian miniseries based on the book by Irving Wallace. Mostly filmed in Russia but some second unit footage shot in Washington, D.C.

And lots of second unit shot in Britain (passed off as US locations). I've seen clips on YouTube. :)

Watch out for the transporter carrying new Austin Montegos at 1:30. :D

Are the Western cars in the USSR-made scenes also from the Museum in Riga, which has delivered them for many other "shall-be-in-the-West"-movies? :)

Hmm, if it's an authentic British roadwork, the authentic British roadwork-sign shouldn't be missing :p http://www.life.com/image/73337473 (here it's multilingual, but that's not the main thing) with their unique way of construction, this hi-tech-mechanism with the sand-bags

It is nice they made this sign also in Polish, but "Oczekuj PORNocy" instead of "pomocy" is a killer. xD Sounds like "wait for some kind of "porn help" or porn night". For sure will work. Or is it some joke made by internet users?

No idea, I've just found it on the search for the British temporary-road-sign-patent.

I remember a multilingual road-sign in Germany. On the A2, near Hamm-Uentrop, there is a warning sign for truck-drivers "Hold distance!" in German, English, Polish and Russian.
