DVD says 1976, other sources say 1977. Can be seen here or if that doesn't unlock, there's an extract here. Quotes from imdb "Peckinpah meets Python meets Public Information Film" - I'm not sure the Python reference is really justified. "At initial screenings in schools the film had a huge impact, with some children fainting and others stunned into silence. When it was shown on television, however, there was an outcry which led to the film being banned for more than 20 years." Only one entry, with the only other thing being a very brief glimpse of a yellow something with vinyl and lots of shiny trim Cortina GXL and Avenger GLS are possible, but I think Ventora [FE].
