This is an educational short film for new drivers. Ten minutes of footage showing crashed cars in a junkyard. I'm not sure if IMDB has the correct year.

As I wrote, I don't think, it's from 1970, rather from 1972 or 1973.

Why not asking the wrecker itself? http://recycler.car-part.com/BensonsAuto/ :D

P.S. Not before 1974, see the 914.

But the junk-yard on the second last pic isn't Benson's - IMHO it's the Golden Gate Bridge in the background.
So there was a car-wrecker at Fisherman's Wharf? :??:

The grille of a 1963 Mercury full-size is prominently visible in the second thumbnail.

Benson's Auto Dismantling, the location in the third thumbnail, is still in operation at 7711 South Alameda Street in Los Angeles.

The car in the "Kar Press" at about 6:00 is a 1961 Ford Galaxie.

It's more a series of shock films, judging from other titles by Sid Davis. "The Bottle and the Throttle", "Too Young to Burn" etc... :D
