dsl ◊ 2023-03-24 03:46	Question for HK plate experts - pretty well everything in the scrappie has had number plates removed, which makes sense from what I know of the HK system where I think cars lost their numbers each time they were sold and received different ones. I've assumed this meant the person/owner had the plate title and just transferred the same plate onto their next purchase. In that case why do the scrapped green taxis in the various captures still have their plates??
