Mainland Chinese film filmed entirely in Hongkong and with HK actors...though this Isuzu looks suspiciously mainlandish:

The English titles are "I Love You, Mom," and "Love Dog Doc," though the literal meaning is "My Dog, My Love." All three titles can be added to the AKAs.

 Dogs? Hong Kong producers seldom make the movies about dogs, and this should be for China market mainly.

 Yes, it's a dog film. But like I said, it's a Chinese movie filmed in Hong Kong with HK actors.
