It's a mid 90's documentary about people, who deliver foreign vehicles to Lithuania from Europe because of lose their job, as I realized.
All in all, we have got description of this documentary under the vidoe on YouTube (On Lithuanian language):
"Gariūnų Vyrai" - 1995-iais, Lietuvių susuktas trumpametražis filmas apie tuometį vyrų verslą.
Kapstant istoriją giliau: Netrukus po Sovietų Sąjungos žlugimo, daugelis buvusių inžinierių, daktarų ir panašių specialybių žmonės neteko darbo dėl visiškai iš naujo persikūriančios valstybės - Lietuvos. Tik dabar jau ne kaip dalis Sovietų Sąjungos, o visiškai nepriklausoma - Lietuvos Respublika. Kadangi Lietuvoje viskas kurėsi iš naujo - nei daktarams, nei inžinieriams, nei mokytojams ir panašių specialybių žmonėms vietų darbui neužteko. O gyventi reikėjo. Todėl daugelis šių specialybių žmonių rado naują pragyvenimo šaltinį - automobiių pirkimas/pardavimas/remontavimas. Butent apie tai yra pasakojama šiame filme."

 4th thumb in 1st row of pics (1st comment) shows Jelcz PR-110 D or its later modification. On the left seems to be its older cousin - Berliet Cruisair (and on the right is Neoplan Cityliner).
