 Not easy to find some info about it, dsl. I found nothing, so I will explain in few words what it is.

It's a documentary produced by the Bulgarian National Television. It recounts the history of the "Tsar Osvoboditel" boulevard, the most central avenue in Sofia. This documentary appears already as historical because there are some things (like the ZiU) that you can't see nowadays in Bulgaria.
