Note: as we have no in depth details of all earlier episodes ..in place of the episode # ..we have the broadcast year.
Also cars only get *** stars if tested on the show (not if just driven briefly by the hosts)

If cars have British numberplates, check the DVLA site first to find the year of manufacture and engine size (useful for Mercs and BMWs), because the letter the registration begins or ends with could be for one of two years (they used to go onto the next letter in the summer of each year):

Sometimes they don't have the record for some cars but it's always worth checking.

Your typical p2p sites and software, I guess. I'm not sure if they are as readily avilalbe now though, as I think it was just from somebody who had taped loads of them before and got round to converting them. They dated from 1989 - 1994 I think, and had the episodes with Jeremy's first appearance and road test of a Ford Escort :D

I just have 2 episodes, one of which contains the Escort so yes. Stronghold, do you have any episodes from 1989 or 1990? If not, I can do these 2 episodes.

Else half of the "recently completed" are all the time the same, as some series are often updated with new cars.

What I mean is that since you started to fill this page, "Top Gear" is nearly all the time one of the first of the list ;)
It would maybe be better to cleck the "mark as updated" only when it disappeared from the list since few days.
I say that because the movies (as opposition to series) will probably only be listed in recently updated once or two, and not anymore later, so they should not disappear too fast from the list by series that are updated lots of times.

This was Top Gear when it lasted just 30 minutes and talked about residuals, fuel economy, insurance and dodgy dealerships. No wonder is was axed in this format.
