The Polo looks a little odd in the list :D (well, it is just because a Maserati passed near it I guess)

How many cars will be in that show? :??: If there are still lots of makes to add, it is maybe better to not include the cars that are not part of the show (e.g. the Polo)

For the Saab until now we put the number in the model name, I think it is really part of the name unlike the Maserati or Prius for example.
Btw, thanks for these nice Saab pictures

..as this is a Tv series with many episodes ...shouldn't it be listed as 'TV-series'...rather than documentary.?

i had my doubts about that, and i thought it was more a documentary rather than a tv series, as each episode is like a single one

5th place, but only TV-series have more, cf stats page
It reaches the 4th place if you exclude background cars.

I've been looking at shows like 5th gear, top gear and this and wondering shouldn't they be listed as Documentary-reality TV series as IMDB lists them?
They are TV series (no doubt) but they don't have actors, stories, plotlines. They seem 'odd' when mixed in with the A-team, knightrider, chips etc, on our listings. (the same applies to natural history, chat shows,comedy-light entertainment and live shows) Shouldn't all of these come under one seperate heading? (just my observation ;) )

Maybe "TV show" then... though that it would be an open door for too much things that we do not want to have on the site?

I know what you mean about an open door! We don't want the daily 24 hour news on here with every police car, tank, ambulance etc..! :)
Anyway maybe a discussion on the forum if anyone else has a view?

What!! No Citroën? No Fiat? No Morris Minor? No Peugeot 504, without which most of Africa would fall apart and which Clarkson thinks would survive a nuclear explosion?
BTW before anyone points it out, I'm not counting the Citroën-Maserati SM as a Citroën.

I take it drujon's outburst is due to a shortage of American iron. Didn't notice all the Alfas, Maseratis, Mercedes, Saabs etc. did he?

Hello all -- thank you for including images from my documentary automotive history series Great Cars. Each episode focuses on a marque or an individual vehicle that is historically significant. I've produced 52 episodes so far and have only scratched the surface. The programs have been distributed around the world but if they are not available where you live there's probably a broadcaster that would air them.

If you'd like more information about Great Cars, please have a look at our website: www.greatcarstv.com

Look forward to hearing your thoughts.
