Here are some broad overview shots, too. This is a very interesting automotive era in the US, I think, because the imports were at their smallest at the same time the American cars were at their largest. The contrasts are pretty nifty:

The captures in the phone booth show the Old Executive Office Building in the background, as seen from the intersection of New York Avenue and 17th Street in Northwest Washington, DC.

And the overhead shots are leaving the Washington Post building's since-demolished parking garage, heading south on 15th Street NW toward L.

Uploaded HD pics and added new vehicles. Also, I've replaced bh's comment with background vehicle pics with HD ones as well.

Ooughh! :wow: A Simca 1100 on the left! Of course worth to list due its rarity!

 What's the small brown Coupé parking on the left, behind the silvermetallic Datsun Z? Too small to be American and too short for a Jaguar E-Type. Maybe something rare British? Maybe the red Convertible in the middle, too? Or an Alfa Spider?

 Is my assumption correct, that back then imported cars were mostly common at the East Coast and in California? The most of them, especially some rare French or British cars, we have found here, are from scenes, filmed at these locations and not at locations in the Midwest or the Grand Old South?

Known simply as "Capri Mk1" in the US.
