1] "1961 Renault 4, seen when Tracy and 007 join the stock-car-race. Does anybody know the red car in front of the Renault?"
Ford Corsair - looks 2 door so probably 63+ Consul Corsair rather than later V4 update.
2] "1959 Ford Anglia, parked in a side road next to the college of arms."
Not a 105E - window shape is wrong. Not sure what it is - Victor, A55, Super Minx???
3] "1963 Jaguar S-Type, parked in front of the portugese hotel."
Jag Mk10 or 420G.
4] "1967 Opel Rekord Caravan, parked at the location of Draco´s birthday-party. In the background is a yellow Porsche 904 Carrera GTS, a white Rolls-Royce and an unknown blue roadster."
Looks bigger US estate, not Opel. I think yellow one may be a Marcos rather than 904. Blue is a Fiat Dino spider.

In this movie on 01:39:59 I see car Zastava 1300 like this /vehicle_327138-Zastava-1300-116-1962.html

Isn´t it a Fiat 1500?

As this scene was filmed in Switzerland, a Fit is much more likely than a Zastava.

Btw: when and in what amounts were Zastavas exported to Western European countries? In Western Germany the Zastava 1100 was the first (and only?) one ever. Sold here in minimal amounts, even less than delivered to the DDR.

White convertible, probably American origin, parked on the left: Looks like a 1964-1965 Chevrolet Chevelle Malibu

Black sedan parked on the right: Don't know the sedan, but the yellow coupe to the left looks interesting. Marcos, maybe?

Lisbon:
Black sedan on the right: Opel Kapitän/Admiral/Diplomat A ??
@CougarTim: Marcos is probably right (maybe it's a 1800 GT).
Bern:
The white coupe is most probably an Alfa Romeo 2600 Sprint, built from 1962 on.
The sedan behind the Rolls seems to be a "big" Fiat from the 1960s (1800 probably).
Then comes the 1960-1964 Taunus 17m aka P3.
Grey two-door-sedan parked in front of the Volvo Amazon- no idea. VW Typ 3 maybe?
London:
Grey sedan, parked left of the Aston Martin DBS: Rover P5?
Alps:
White sedan (picture 3): Vauxhall?

Bern:
White coupé, right of the Rolls-Royce: - agree Alfa 2600 sprint
Grey two-door-sedan, parked in front of the Volvo Amazon. - agree VW - early/mid 60s 1500 saloon.

London:
Grey sedan, parked in front of a blue Volkswagen on the left: - Humber Super Snipe/Hawk
Grey sedan, parked left of the Aston Martin DBS: - another Humber Super Snipe/Hawk

Alps:
Blue station wagon, identified as RHD in another shot, so probably British tourists (or crew members): BMC [ADO38] Oxford or Cambridge, with AA window sticker to confirm UK car

And I can support the Marcos idea mentioned above for 2nd Lisbon picture.

It's one of early 1960's Opel KAD's (Kapitan/Admiral/Diplomat) models. Probably a lower-line Kapitan or Admiral.

WOW! Good eye! This looks like a behind the scenes photo. I would say a 1966 Dodge Custom 880 or Monaco. My guess it is actually a 1966 Dodge Custom 880 STATION WAGON used by the camera / production crew. Or possibly this is a support vehicle for the rally cars. American cars have a sizeable following in Switzerland.

Regards the 1964-1965 Chevelle Malibu seen in Portugal in the wedding scene, I completely agree, and probably the SAME convertible as seen in the main vehicle listings. When Bond pulls up to the Palacio Hotel in Portugal, there is a white Malibu convertible with top down under the reception portico. Probably a vehicle used by the production for the background. It reminds me of Octopussy with the maroon first-generation Cadillac Seville parked on Bond Street not too far down from Sotheby's, and later seen in the lot at "Feldstadt USAF Base". Both times it is seen from the back, and there is a "USA" country of origin sticker that can be seen on the left side of the trunk lid. Filmmakers then didn't expect people to watch the films ad nauseum, and have the ability to pause and analyze each minute detail. Haha, but they must be glad about it because they make money each time it is watched!

A guess on the "Unknown American sedan"...A 1960 Dodge Dart.
Yes, rare in Europe but it seems to have a distinctive fin.
Failing that, perhaps a 1960-61 Plymouth.
At any rate, a "fin-era" 57-61 Chrysler/Dodge/Plymouth.

And I agree about the yellow American coupe being a Chevelle.
